2. Where do you guys operate?
We currently provide Appliances and Furniture on rent in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and the adjoining areas. Do reach out to us nonetheless and we might just surprise you by showing up at your doorsteps. Our intention is to provide a service that makes you want to come back to us again and again
3. Is there any minimum period when it comes to taking Appliances and Furniture on rent from RentMacha?
You can take Appliances and Furniture on rent for a minimum of 3 months. The same can be extended to a maximum of 24 months. All you have to do is to inform our customer care team 2 weeks before the end of the Rental Contract. No charge is levied on a contract extension. Foreclosure of Rent Contract inside 3 months would incur in the entire 3-month rental being charged. Do reach out to us at support@rentmacha.com with your specific request. 4. Why do I have to pay a deposit while taking the Appliances and Furniture on Rent?
Think of the deposit amount as a little security token that we keep when you take our awesome Appliances and Furniture on Rent. This is a fully refundable amount and is returned at the end of the tenure based on the product conditions. 5. Can I purchase or buy furniture instead of taking the furniture on rent?
We are a rental solution provider. We strive to provide the best service when you take any Appliance or Furniture on Rent from us. Currently, we do not provide a rent to own option but like we said, do reach out to us and we shall try helping you out
6. What all do you offer?

7. Why do you take payment before documentation?
As much as we would like to collect documents and verify them before order placement, the same is not feasible. Verification takes time and effort and we would only do it post order placement
